Tangie earned her BFA degree from New York Institute of Technology, and MBA from Strayer University in Atlanta. She is a Chief Human Resources Officer & Principal Strategist with over 15+ years of experience working within the Government and Private sector. In her past, she has held positions as a Recruiter, Transition HR Coordinator, Regional HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Sr Human Resources Consultant within various fortune 500 companies. She collaborated with executive leaders in the areas of talent management to also include Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Conflict Resolution, Career Progression, and Succession Planning. As a former Regional HR Manager with the U. S. Department of Defense, Tangie is experienced with federal regulations, guidelines, and operations as well as state regulations, guidelines, and operations. Tangie is also a career coach and a licensed residential real estate agent in Maryland and in Georgia.
Tangie has perfected her craft by earning numerous certifications within the Human Resources industry.
She has received both her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications from HRCI – Human Resources Certification Institute, Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP ) from Society of Human Resources Management, Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) and Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certifications from Human Capital Institute. Tangie is also an affiliated member of TCE -The Career Experts which provides additional career solutions to clients.
